{"id":4429,"date":"2017-11-28T12:34:47","date_gmt":"2017-11-28T15:34:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/theinternationalobservatory.com\/?p=4429"},"modified":"2017-11-28T12:34:47","modified_gmt":"2017-11-28T15:34:47","slug":"la-justicia-una-condicion-la-paz-duradera-iraq-dice-relatora-especial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinternationalobservatory.com\/index.php\/2017\/11\/28\/la-justicia-una-condicion-la-paz-duradera-iraq-dice-relatora-especial\/","title":{"rendered":"La justicia es una condici\u00f3n para la paz duradera en Iraq, dice relatora especial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Conseguir una paz duradera en el pa\u00eds, requiere que el gobierno de Iraq transforme la victoria militar sobre el ISIS en un triunfo a favor de la justicia y contra la impunidad, se\u00f1al\u00f3 hoy la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ohchr.org\/EN\/Issues\/Executions\/Pages\/AgnesCallamard.aspx\">relatora especial de la ONU sobre ejecuciones sumarias, arbitrarias o extrajudiciales<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Agnes Callamard, quien visit\u00f3 oficialmente Iraq del 14 al 23 de noviembre, afirm\u00f3 en un comunicado que, tras la derrota del ISIS, el pa\u00eds ha entrado en una fase de transici\u00f3n compleja y fr\u00e1gil, que tambi\u00e9n presenta la ocasi\u00f3n de romper con el pasado.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, advirti\u00f3 el riesgo de que resurjan las antiguas tensiones que no se hayan solucionado, adem\u00e1s de que podr\u00edan reavivarse los reclamos puestos en segundo plano durante el conflicto.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, apunt\u00f3 la experta, es urgente que el gobierno iraqu\u00ed garantice que se investigar\u00e1n con celeridad todas las ejecuciones ilegales y que los responsables ser\u00e1n procesados ante la justicia.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl pueblo de Iraq ha pasado por un sufrimiento inimaginable a manos del ISIS.
