Nicaragua"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Corte Internacional de Justicia ya sent\u00f3 fecha para la lectura de la sentencia del caso Costa Rica contra Nicaragua por la delimitaci\u00f3n Maritima en el Pac\u00edfico y de la parte norte de las Isla Portillo.<\/p>\n<p>La lectura de dicha sentencia se har\u00e1 el d\u00eda 2 de febrero del corriente a\u00f1o a las 3 PM (Hora holandesa).<\/p>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-md-12 col-xs-12 col-print-12\">\n<p class=\"element element-paragraph\">San Jos\u00e9 prev\u00e9 que la Corte fallar\u00e1, con pocos d\u00edas de diferencia, estos casos pendientes de resoluci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"element element-paragraph\">La fijaci\u00f3n de l\u00edmites mar\u00edtimos tanto en el Caribe como en el Pac\u00edfico.<\/li>\n<li class=\"element element-paragraph\">El monto de indemnizaci\u00f3n que Nicaragua debe pagarle a Costa Rica por el a\u00f1o ambiental provocado durante la invasi\u00f3n a isla Calero.<\/li>\n<li class=\"element element-paragraph\">La legalidad de la instalaci\u00f3n de un campamento militar nicarag\u00fcense en la playa de isla Portillos, que Costa Rica considera como parte de su territorio.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-md-12 col-xs-12\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-md-12 col-xs-12 col-print-12\">\n<p class=\"element element-paragraph\">El caso sobre los l\u00edmites mar\u00edtimos con Nicaragua fue abierto a solicitud de Costa Rica a principios del 2014, despu\u00e9s de que el gobierno de Ortega sac\u00f3 a concesi\u00f3n petrolera varios bloques mar\u00edtimos que, seg\u00fan San Jos\u00e9, est\u00e1n dentro de territorio costarricense.<\/p>\n<p class=\"element element-paragraph\">&#8220;On Friday 2 February 2018, the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the principal judicial organ of the United Nations, will deliver its Judgment in the joined cases concerning Maritime Delimitation in the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean (Costa Rica v. Nicaragua) and Land Boundary in the Northern Part of Isla Portillos (Costa Rica v. Nicaragua).
