Jérémie Swinnen es abogado y profesor de Derecho Internacional Público y Derecho Internacional Humanitario en la Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA). Se especializa en Derecho Internacional Público y Criminalidad Organizada Transnacional, con formación de posgrado en la Universidad Católica de Lovaina (Bélgica) y en Derecho Penal y Justicia Internacional con el Instituto Interregional de las Naciones Unidas para Investigaciones sobre la Delincuencia y la Justicia (UNICRI).
